Conference Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be received no later than September 14, 2017. Any cancellation received after this date is not eligible for a refund; however, a substitute may attend in your place.  Once submitted, your cancellation request will be reviewed and someone will contact you regarding your request and refund informaiton.
